Walters Barrier - unlocked

Whenever there is a problem on-site such as joy-riding / fly-tipping, the claim by Walters staff is always "They must have come up through Roman Road, that's the only way they can get in." There are actually numerous ways into this vast site, not least of which are the barriers at Walters private entrance roads, (which are often not locked).
