Arab section of Jerusalem

We were told that the only Arab part of Jerusalem that is cleaned up is the Temple Mount, which is a political statement. The rest of the Arab areas are kina trashed, as is pictured. In contrast, the Jewish neighborhoods are quite clean. And the two are definitely segregated.
